Confirm Meetings

Enabling this rule will set a time when meetings must be physically confirmed via a printed QR code or on the Clearooms Room Display app.

Enabling this allows for reporting on no shows to meetings but does not cancel the meeting.

Decline meeting room booking when not confirmed

When you enable this option an additional setting is made available to "Decline meeting room booking when not confirmed"

When meetings are not confirmed with this setting enabled the meeting will be declined by the room and canceled.
