Create New Kiosk
You can set up a kiosk on any device of your choosing. open Accounts - Kiosk and copy the URL at the top of the page.
From the device you wish to use open a browser and type or copy the URL. This will open a web page that will show you a code.
Back in the Clearooms portal in the kiosk page click Create New Kiosk. This is a short form. Give the kiosk a memorable name such as main reception and select meeting rooms from the options under type. Select one or more offices from the drop down list and pick which order you would like your meeting rooms displayed.
You can always come back to this page and edit the settings.
Brand your kiosk with a logo than select the colour combinations. Try dark mode 1 as a starting point. Enter the number of rooms you would like to show on each page.
Meetings starting soon will show in amber. You can define what starting soon means in this form.
The last 3 options are about what details you show or do not show.
Finally add the code your device is showing and click validate.
That's it. Your device is now set up and will be showing the meeting room display kiosk.
