Custom fields
A great way to add an extra layer of information when a booking a meeting room. There are 5 options as detailed below:
Check Box
This will add a check box that will appear when booking a meeting. You can also add a field label to this. The field label will show along with the check box.
Text box
This allows you to to add a text box when a meeting room is booked. You can use this to gather information on the people booking the room.
Yes/No
This allows you to add a Yes/No question to the meeting room.
Label
This allows you to add text that will be visible when a meeting room is booked. This can be a great place to add disclaimers or extra bit of information.
Multi-select
This allows you to add a multiple choice question to your meeting room. Like the Yes/No but you can add your own labels.
