Custom URL Field Type

The Custom URL field allows you to add a web link in Clearooms on the Visitors or Meeting Room page, making it easy to access relevant external content directly from the system.

How to Create a Custom URL Field

1. Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields.

2. Click Create New Custom Field.

3. From the type dropdown, select Link.

4. Paste the desired Link URL.

5. Choose where this field applies:

   • Meeting Room Booking

   • Visitors

6. Optionally, toggle on to apply the field to specific offices.

Using the Custom URL Field

For Visitors:

• When logging a visitor, the custom URL field will display as a clickable link.

• Two toggle options are available:

  • Show on the portal

  • Show on the visitor management kiosk

For Meeting Rooms:

• When creating or viewing a meeting room, the link will be displayed in the record.
