This new feature prompts users to confirm their attendance when logging into Clearooms to validate if they attended when desks are booked. 
The feature can be turned on in settings  and will prompt all users for desks booked from the day it is enabled. 

Email prompts can also be switched on to remind users to check in to prior bookings, emails are sent daly at 8am to anyone with outstanding checkins.

Trace Report

Accompanying the Check-in feature a new trace report can be on the reports page

Identify any user you wish to report on add a date range to view all desk bookings for that user across your account, the report also shows who was in the office at the same time/day and even the distance from the person*

* Add plan scaling on your office plan and switch on Social distancing in settings to capture distances.
