How to Restrict Access to Meeting Rooms
If you want to limit access to a meeting room so that only specific users or teams can book it, follow these steps:
Go to Settings < Meeting Rooms
Click on the meeting room you wish to restrict (highlighted in blue).
Scroll down to Restrict access to specific users or teams? and enable this option.
You'll see a list of available teams and, below that, a list of individual users.
Turn on the restriction for the users or teams you do not want to have access to the room.
Restrict Access by Day and Time
It is also possible to restrict for specific times by enabling the Restrict times? option. This setting can be used to set specific days and times for restrictions (e.g., restrict the room every Tuesday between 9am and 1pm).
Enter your preferred day, start time and end time, then click Add item.
To add more days/times repeat the process.
