Create A Report

  1. Click "Create new export report"

  2. Select Meeting Rooms or Hot Desks 

  3. Add a Report Name (Memorable name for you to identify its purpose such as "Daily Room Bookings")

  4. Add a description that will help you remember what the report is for such as "Runs daily at 9am and is emailed to Jeff" 

  5. Report Fields: Check the information that you wish to be shown on the report

  6. Schedule: Select one of the schedule options 

    1. Enter an email address to deliver the report to

    2. Set a time to run the report

    3. Click Create Report

  7. The first time the report runs it will return all historical data, the second time it will only return new data since the last run of the report.
