Update 11:15: Sync queue is now back to usual service, some room sync processes may take a little while to catch up.
We are currently seeing a delay in response from the Microsoft API which will impact visibility of meeting updates.

Desk status updates: Our Desk status update queue incurred an issue and was restarted. Temporary delays in the desk and meeting room status's from 10:47 to 10:56.
Now resolved.

Update [10:16:00] Portal back working as expected - we are investigating the cause of the slow performance from this morning.
Slow performance reported with some users seeing a white screen when logged in.
We are urgently investigating these issues.
Wednesday 25th January 2023
Microsoft issues affecting meeting room sync.
Microsoft are reporting issues with their Graph API service which is the method used to sync meeting rooms with Clearooms.
Clearooms will continue to attempt meeting Syncs and when the Microsoft service is restored all meetings will sync back.

Update: April 19, 2022 at 17:55:51 All rooms effected have been re-connected and the sync or meetings completed.
Update: April 19, 2022 at 17:49:20 The cause has been located and a fix is being implemented now. Some Meeting rooms lost their integration subscription and cause the sync to stop working. This occurred on a small number of integrated rooms only (less than 8% of all rooms on the system)
