Go to the Support Centre:
Navigate to Settings > Account > Support Centre Here you will have access to the following options:
Knowledge Base
Search by key words or topics to access related guides and video demo's that will walk you step by step through various areas of the system.
Create New Ticket
Submit a ticket to ask questions, report bugs, suggest new features, or request help.
View All Tickets
check the status of your existing tickets, add notes, attachments, or track their progress.
