Visitor Management - Rules

Rules for Visitor Management can be configured by going to Settings < Visitor Management < Rules

These rules are explained below:

  1. Enable Visitor Management

    • To activate Visitor Management ensure this rule is enabled.

  2. Privacy:

  • Hide Visitors from the who's in page

    • Enable this rule if you do not want visitors displayed when viewing the "who's in" list on the default office page.

  • Notify Additional users

    Choose to notify additional users when:

    • A Visitor is logged

    • A Visitor checks in

  1. Visitor Welcome Emails

    Visitors can automatically receive a welcome email.

    Send when:

    • A visitor is logged - Email sent immediately upon being logged

    • A visitor checks in - Email sent at check-in

  2. Field Settings:

You can configure whether each field should be:

  • Shown & Optional

  • Hidden

  • Shown & Required

Available fields:

  • Email

  • Car registration Number

  • Company

  • Language

  • Expected Arrival

Once all rules are configured as required, click save.
